赌坛一代枭雄聂万龙（秦沛饰）不但赌术精湛，而且善用谋略，在赌场上百战百胜，无人能及。
菜贩陈金凤（李香琴饰）嗜赌成性，而其子石志康（陈庭威饰）却对赌博毫无兴趣。因缘巧合，石志康被赌王聂万龙发现，
在其赌场工作。偶然机会，石志康认识了前赌王蒋真（高雄饰）。蒋真教会他世界各种赌 术，悉心调教和培养他，
石志康的赌术日益提高。其后石志康又得赌痴孙一峰（张铮饰）教授，赌术大有进步。然而蒋真败在聂万龙手下，含冤而死。不久，
其子蒋百祺（吕颂贤饰）赌术镇压全场，前来一报杀父之仇，他更不惜故意接近聂万龙之女聂希桐（吴绮莉饰）。适逢世界赌王比赛，
一场血雨腥风的赌坛争斗一触即发。

◎简 介
聂万龙（秦沛饰）自败给石志康（陈庭威饰）后，已变得疯癫。石志康与妻子张嘉慧（万绮雯饰）也已退出赌坛。美洲赌王张天鼎（杨群饰）独当一面，称霸赌坛。其女张适茹（曾华倩饰）协助父亲打理美国赌场。张天鼎当年为求一己私利出卖洪氏两父子，使洪峰（吴毅将饰）含冤入狱。洪峰出狱后，即回 港劫走聂万龙助其复仇，誓要使张天鼎声名狼藉。张天鼎遂骗来石志康替自己出战。而张天鼎已暗中布下天罗地网，派手下狄信（吕颂贤饰）铲除康、峰二人。一场世纪之战旋即展开。
香港亚洲电视于1992年制作的赌场风云大戏《胜者为王Ⅱ天下无敌》，仍由陈庭威、吕颂贤、秦沛等领衔主演，又新增了曾华倩、伍咏薇、吴毅将、杨群等实力派明星助阵。本剧集为《胜者为王》续集，其后又推出《胜者为王Ⅲ王者之战》。

◎简 介
香港赌坛群雄逐鹿，烽烟四起。赌邪程逸风（任达华饰）本为赌坛公认的世界第一高手，却招来觊觎世界第一之位的蒋权（高雄饰）深深不忿。蒋权凭高超卓越的赌术，及手下方俊（江华饰）与其弟蒋伟（甄志强饰）的协助，战无不胜，誓要与程逸风一决高下。蒋权为逼程逸风出手，欲从其好友易天扬（汤镇业饰）入手。无意中，易天扬得知其妻郭静蓉（万绮雯饰）一直深爱着程逸风，又因妒恨作祟，遂与蒋权合谋陷害程逸风。程逸风不幸中计，被挑断手筋踢出赌坛。然而峰回路转，一场惊心动魄的绝处逢生由此展开。
香港亚洲电视于1993年制作的赌场风云大戏《胜者为王Ⅲ王者之战》，由任达华、汤镇业、高雄、江华等领衔主演。作为《胜者为王》系列的第三部剧集，本剧在前两部已创下的高收视率和良好口碑下，乘胜追击，耗资三千万港元，远赴法国及摩纳哥赌场实地拍摄。

澳门赌场，任职荷官的两夫妇符小波（陈观泰饰）、李秋霞（吴浣仪饰）在赌场中发现一名弃婴，于是把他带回家中抚养，
取名符金宝（张智霖饰）。金宝自小就遗传了出色的赌博天赋，更仗着父母工作的关系，经常混迹赌场，沉迷于赌博。
为让金宝远离赌博，两夫妇决定辞去赌场工作，让他健康成长。已长大成人的金宝谨遵双亲的教诲，远离赌博，生活循规蹈矩。
他与青梅竹马的童花顺（蔡少芬饰）相恋多年，金宝早认定花顺是自己将来的妻子。然而金宝时不时流露出来的赌博天份，
