这个法语版本的字幕来之不易，我为此专门观看了字幕版的采珠人，找到相关段落，发现有些地方对不上，原来安德列自己自由编配和组合了段落，听了无数遍，才把各自对应的歌词对上，感觉自己很棒！哈！
本曲选自法国作曲家比才的歌剧《采珠人》
比才一生写了十多部歌剧，其中除了《卡门》名气最大，第二大概要数他早期创作的《采珠人》了。如果说《卡门》是当时的“现代戏”，那么《采珠人》则是一部古装戏。
故事发生在古代的锡兰（现在的斯里兰卡），表现以采珍珠为生的两个男人和一位年轻的女祭祀之间的友谊，爱情，以及嫉妒，报恩等感情纠葛。与《卡门》不同的是，《采珠人》并不是采用喜歌剧的形式，而是一部正歌剧。
有当代的有关研究认为，比才在《卡门》中所展现出的天才，在十年前的《采珠人》中已初见倪端。歌剧《采珠人》的更多概况和剧情，见百度百科
剧中最广为人知的精彩唱段当数第一幕中的二重唱 “在那殿堂深处”（Au fond du temple saint）。这是剧中两位主要男子久别重逢，欢叙旧日友谊时演唱的。其优美的主旋律还在后面配合剧情多次出现。
